We want you to feel confident trying Shaun Zander Beauty.

You may open, apply, and try this product at home. If it is not the right fit for you, contact us within 60 days of the delivery date to request a return.

What Is Eligible for Return?

Your product may be eligible if:

• It was purchased directly from the Shaun Zander Beauty website.
• You contact us within 60 days of receiving your order.
• The product has only been used reasonably for personal trial.
• The product is not empty, almost empty, intentionally damaged, or excessively used.
• You can provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Opened and gently used products are accepted under this guarantee. Returned cosmetic products will not be resold.

How to Request a Return

Contact our Customer Care team through the contact information provided on our website and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The product you would like to return
• A brief reason for the return

Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, the eligible product price will be refunded to your original payment method.

Original delivery fees (if applicable) and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Include your order number and clear photographs or a video showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Bundles, Sets, and Promotional Purchases

Products purchased as part of a bundle, set, or promotion will be refunded based on the discounted price paid for the individual returned item.

Any complimentary gift connected to the returned purchase may also need to be returned. If it is not returned, its stated value may be deducted from the refund.

Fair-Use Conditions

Our 60-Day Try-It Guarantee is intended to give customers enough time to genuinely test the product.

Shaun Zander Beauty reserves the right to decline returns involving:

• Empty or nearly empty products
• Excessive or intentional product use
• Products that have been altered, refilled, or tampered with
• Repeated or unusually high-volume return activity
• Purchases made for professional, commercial, or resale purposes
• Products purchased from another retailer or sales platform

Return eligibility is limited to one return of the same product per customer or household under the Try-It Guarantee.
